This is an innovative post-graduate course in Implantology, at the second edition by the AOU University Hospital of Cagliari; from this Academic Year with the collaboration of EIMS H.E.I.. The course is mainly professionalizing through the intership in the Department of Implantiology of AOU University Hospital Cagliari. The course consists in 6 modules of 4 days each

Implant dentistry has now become an indispensible part of clinical practice. The Association for Dental Education in Europe (ADEE) stated, in 2013, the European post graduate standards for the training in Implantology; The Specialty in Implantology Curriculum covers the standards proposed from ADEE; the program has been designed to be in tune with the requests from everyday clinicians interested to grow the expertise in implantology supported from senior implantologists experts in different fields of the modern implantology. Finally, the participants will take confidence with scientific communication; they will learn to collect clinical data, to present the clinical outcomes, to collaborate on clinical research projects.
The course includes a significant clinical and laboratory part that will be carried out at the AOU Cagliari Department of Implantology

AEMID, European Academy of Mini Dental Implant, provides courses to allow dentists to propose an alternative to bone grafting for their patients. Mini implants takes part of mini invasive dentistry and give the ability to treat patients with a reduced bone quantity. This teaching is both theorical and clinical to give all the informations to the attendees for a successful treatment.
LEARNING OUTCOME
The general learning outcome is to offer the theoretical practical bases for the mini-implant techniques. At the end of each modular course the participant will be able to plan and dea the first cases with Mini Dental Implants. The courses are modular and and will offer a gradual approach to the most complex procedures
