π Student-Centred Learning & Quality Participation
EIMS adopts a student-centred learning approach, where students actively participate in shaping the academic experience and institutional quality.
Student participation is an integral part of the Quality Assurance (QA) Framework, ensuring continuous improvement through dialogue, feedback, and engagement.
π Student Roles in Quality Assurance
EIMS encourages active student participation across all levels of governance and quality assurance. Students are represented in key institutional structures to ensure that their voice is included in academic decisions and quality improvements.
Student involvement includes:
- Representation in the Academic Board, Quality Assurance Committee (QAC), and relevant working groups to ensure student perspectives are reflected in institutional decisions.
- Active contribution to programme review, evaluation, and design, through structured feedback and participation in curriculum enhancement activities.
- Engagement in student satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and feedback meetings as part of the continuous improvement process.
- Participation in quality-related initiatives aligned with the EIMS QA Policy and the institutionβs commitment to transparency, ethics, and academic excellence.
- Continuous collaboration with lecturers and the QA Working Group in the development of student-centred educational strategies.
